Documenting an Intimate Elopement at Villa Le Bolli: Mara & Timo

Villa Le Bolli sits in the quiet hills of Radicondoli, southwest of Siena, surrounded by woods, olive groves and wide views over the Tuscan countryside. Mara and Timo, a couple from Germany, chose this historic stone villa for an intimate June elopement with their little daughter and their closest family and friends: no rush and no formalities, just a summer day dedicated to the people they love.

The day began with relaxed preparations inside the villa, among stone walls and wooden beams. The heart of their story was the vow exchange, held on the lawn beneath a majestic old oak tree, with the Tuscan hills in the background. Mara walked down the gravel path accompanied by her loved ones, and the promises were exchanged in front of a small circle of guests, between tears, laughter and their little daughter, who stole everyone's attention.

After the ceremony, the celebration continued with a relaxed aperitivo in the garden, hugs, toasts and family portraits under the same oak tree. As the sun went down, we took a few minutes for couple portraits in the golden light of the Tuscan evening, before dinner on the terrace of the stone farmhouse under string lights, with heartfelt speeches and the cake cutting to close the day.
